UNS Rosemary & Honey Glazed Carrots

A perfect balance of sweet and savoury, these roasted carrots are coated in a delicious honey glaze infused with fresh UNS Rosemary. The natural sweetness of the carrots, combined with the aromatic rosemary and a touch of butter, makes this an elegant yet easy-to-make side dish that pairs beautifully with roasts, grilled meats, or vegetarian meals.

Ingredients

  • 4 large carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons UNS Rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, melted butter, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add sliced carrots to the bowl and toss to coat evenly in the mixture.
  4. Spread the carrots in a single layer on the baking tray.
  5. Sprinkle UNS Rosemary over the top for added fragrance and flavor.
  6. Roast for 20–25 minutes, tossing halfway through, until carrots are caramelized and tender.
  7. Serve warm as a delicious side dish to your favorite meal.
