Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons UNS Rosemary, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix UNS Rosemary, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Rub the mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
- Place on a baking tray and roast for 40–45 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
