Ingredients
- 6 UNS Red Shisho Leaves, fresh
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup for natural sweetness

Method
- Bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil.
- Add UNS Red Shisho Leaves and let steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup, pressing the leaves to extract all the flavors.
