Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 tbsp UNS Parsley Microgreens
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Method
- Blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and UNS Parsley Microgreens in a food processor.
- Add water to adjust the consistency to your liking, then serve with veggies, pita, or crackers
