Ingredients
- 1 cup UNS Radish Microgreens
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 8 rice paper wrappers
- Soy sauce or hoisin sauce for dipping
Method
- Soften each rice paper wrapper in warm water and place on a flat surface.
- Layer the UNS Radish Microgreens, shredded carrots, and cucumber in the centre of each rice paper. Roll tightly and serve with soy sauce or hoisin sauce for dipping.
