Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded UNS Green Mango
- 1 clove garlic
- 1–2 bird’s eye chilies (to taste)
- 1 tbsp roasted peanuts, crushed
- 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp soy sauce or fish sauce
- 1 tsp palm sugar or honey
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Method
- Crush garlic and chili in a mortar and pestle.
- Add shredded mango, tomatoes, lime juice, sauce, and sugar. Gently mix together.
- Top with crushed peanuts and cilantro. Serve immediately.
