Ingredients

  • 2 ripe UNS Palmer Mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 cup milk (optional, for thinning)

Method

  1. Blend mango, yogurt, honey, and cardamom until smooth. Add milk if needed.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
  3. Unmold and enjoy on a hot day.
