- 4 cups UNS Green Batavia Lettuce, washed and torn into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups chicken breasts, grilled and sliced

- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup croutons
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced avocado, sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
