Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup UNS Fresh Parsley, chopped (UNS Fresh Parsley)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed for best flavor)

Method

  1. Prepare and Combine Ingredients: Wash and finely chop the fresh parsley and mint leaves. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt, chopped parsley, chopped mint, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.   3. Chill the Dip: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. This step enhances the taste and thickens the texture slightly, perfecting it for dipping.
