Ingredients
- 2 large whole-grain tortillas
- 1 cup grilled chicken strips
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, julienned (red, yellow, green)
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced thinly
- 1/4 cup hummus or yogurt-based spread

Method
