Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked jasmine or sushi rice
- 1/2 cup UNS Purple Shiso Microgreens
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 small carrot, julienned
- 1/4 cup edamame (cooked and shelled)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Method
- Cook the rice according to the package instructions and let it cool slightly.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to make the dressing. Set aside.
