Ingredients
- 8–10 UNS Lychees, peeled and pitted
- 1 lime Juice
- 6–8 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
- 1½ cups chilled sparkling water (or soda water)
- Ice cubes
Method
