Ingredients

  • 1 cup UNS Black Grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 ½ cups plant-based milk (almond or oat)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt (or any plant-based yogurt)
  • A handful of granola (optional, for topping)

Method

  1. Make the chia pudding: In a bowl or jar, combine chia seeds, plant-based milk, and maple syrup. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thickened.
  2. Prepare the fruit: Wash and halve the UNS Black Grapes. Set aside a few for garnish.
  3. Assemble the parfait: In glasses or jars, layer chia pudding, coconut yogurt, and UNS Black Grapes. Repeat layers if desired. Top with granola and extra grapes.
