Ingredients
- 2 cups UNS Red Mustard Microgreens, washed and trimmed
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce (or tamari for a gluten-free option)
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional, for spice)
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- Salt to taste
Method
1. Prep the Microgreens: Wash and gently pat dry UNS Red Mustard Microgreens.
2. Heat the Oil: In a skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
3. Add Garlic: Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Stir-Fry the Microgreens: Toss in the UNS Red Mustard Microgreens and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until just wilted.
5. Add Seasonings: Drizzle soy sauce over the greens and sprinkle red chili flakes if desired. Stir well.
6. Garnish and Serve: Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, and enjoy immediately as a side dish or a topping.
