A crunchy snack with tangy UNS Dill Microgreens.
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup UNS Dill Microgreens, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Toss chickpeas with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
- Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes. Mix with UNS Dill Microgreens and lemon zest before serving.
