Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup UNS Broccoli Microgreens
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- A few ice cubes (optional)
Method
- Prepare ingredients: Wash the UNS Broccoli Microgreens and spinach leaves thoroughly. Peel the banana if not already done.
- Add to blender: Combine the almond milk, banana, pineapple chunks, spinach, UNS Broccoli Microgreens, chia seeds, and honey (if using) in a blender.
- Blend until smooth: Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk to adjust the consistency.
