Ingredients
- 1/2 cup UNS Shiso Green Microgreens
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (for a vegan option)
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 lime Juice of
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- In a blender or food processor, combine the UNS Shiso Green Microgreens, olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), grated ginger, and lime juice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If the dressing is too thick, add 1–2 teaspoons of water to adjust the consistency.
- Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Drizzle over mixed greens, grain bowls, or roasted vegetables for a refreshing flavor boost.
