Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh UNS Basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 200g pasta of your choice
Method
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a food processor, combine UNS Basil leaves, garlic, pine nuts, and Parmesan cheese. Pulse until finely chopped.
