Ingredients
- 1 UNS Yellow Muskmelon, peeled, seeded, and shaved into ribbons with a vegetable peeler
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
