Mango Coconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • ● 1 cup fresh UNS Farms mango, diced
  • ● 1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk for a lighter option
  • ● 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • ● 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (for sweetness)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Method

  1. In a bowl or jar, mix coconut milk, chia seeds, and honey until well combined.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. When ready to serve, stir the mixture to break up any clumps.
  4. Top with fresh diced mango and garnish with mint leaves.
