Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed microgreens (UNS Samurai Microgreen Mix)
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup hummus
- Whole wheat tortillas
Method
