Ingredients

  • 1 cup black beans, cooked
  • 1/2 cup UNS Fresh Cilantro, chopped (UNS Fresh Cilantro)
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • Small corn tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix the black beans, cilantro, red onion, tomatoes, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Warm Tortillas: Heat the tortillas in a skillet or on an open flame until warm and slightly charred.
