Spicy Peruvian Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 box signature mix
  • 2 serrano peppers, stems removed and de-seeded
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Cut the leaves into large pieces so it fits in the blender.
  2. Add all the ingredients into a blender
  3. Blend and puree until it becomes a smooth thick sauce.
  4. Adjust the amount of salt and lemon juice if needed. For more or less spice, adjust the number of serrano peppers.
  5. Chill the sauce for about an hour and store it in the fridge.
  6. Use it as a dip with french bread, drizzle it over tacos or burritos, or spread it on a sandwich! The options are endless.
